Return Policy - My Perfect Mood
Please note that returns are limited for our growing brand. If you are not happy with your purchase, we have no problem exchanging it for a product you like of equal or greater value, or for a store credit. We require this request to be made within 5 days of receiving your merchandise by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
If your purchase includes a “gift with purchase”, it is not valid for any return.
Once an order has been placed in our system, it is impossible to cancel it immediately. If your item has not yet been shipped and you have a change of mind, we may be able to refund your payment if this is caught prior to shipping. However, a processing fee of $15 plus 3% will be taken from your refund. This goes towards actual costs to cover labor needed in order to refund you.

In your emails please provide the following: the customer order number, and reason for requesting the return, store credit and/or provide us with the item you wish to replace it with.
We will then send the customer an invoice for the return shipping. Once paid, our system will generate a return label and email it to the email you provide. Simply print out the label and place it on the package. Please wrap all items exactly as you received them. THEY MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS; THIS MEANS WE MUST SEE A SHIPMENT SCAN WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OR RETURN IS NOT VALID!
Once we received the item(s) back, we will inspect each item to make sure they are in their new & unworn condition. You will be notified of the new shipment or store credit within 5 -7 business days.

Mail Fraud Notice: Our company has zero tolerance for mail or credit card fraud. We will file a police report for anyone attempting to do so – absolutely no exceptions!!
